Ocala Boxing Academy

We are dedicated to empowering individuals through community-based programs that focus on building confidence, strength, conditioning, and boxing skills for individuals of all levels. Our primary objective is to help people discover their true potential and become the best versions of themselves. Our motto, “Faith Family Fighting and Fitness," reflects our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone.




Strengh & Cardio Program

This is a linear progression program specifically designed to help you build strength, learn basic boxing and improve your overall conditioning. We focus on Olympic barbell lifts and incorporate auxiliary movements to target specific muscle groups to aid in muscle gain and fat loss. This comprehensive approach will help you achieve your goals of getting stronger and improving your overall fitness levels.

Kids Boxing Program

Our program offers a dynamic and engaging atmosphere where students can learn to be attuned to their bodies and develop a keen understanding of reactive responses. With a strong emphasis on good behavior and character building, we prioritize instilling important values in our students. Alongside the art of boxing, we aim to teach valuable life skills and empower individuals to make positive choices. Ages start as young as 6 years old.

Youth Boxing Program

This program is designed to prioritize conditioning, strength building, and the development of fundamental boxing skills. We aim to engage and challenge our youth participants, inspiring them to become better versions of themselves. In addition to teaching and practicing boxing techniques, we also introduce sparring as a way to apply the skills learned in a controlled and safe environment. By encouraging the application of boxing principles, we provide our participants with the opportunity to enhance their abilities and gain practical experience in the sport.

Boxing & Conditioning Program

 This class offers a comprehensive training experience tailored for adults and older teens. By incorporating calisthenics, high-intensity interval training, and basic to intermediate boxing techniques, we aim to enhance your overall fitness and boxing skills. Our primary focus is on teaching and practicing the fundamentals, ensuring that you have a solid foundation in boxing techniques. Moreover, our program provides opportunities for controlled and safe sparring, allowing you to apply your skills in a challenging yet secure environment. Whether you are a beginner or already at an intermediate level, our program is designed to help you improve your boxing abilities and achieve your fitness goals.
