Fitness Class

If your goals are related to weight loss, toning, strengthening, and learning the basics of boxing then this program is the one for you! Our fitness boxing classes offer a full body workout through functional training and Olympic lifts with proper technique.

Kids & Teen Boxing Class

This program provides a fun and focused atmosphere to help teach our students how to be aware of their body and understanding reactive response. We place high priority on good behavior and character building, while teaching our students the art of boxing.

Boxing Class

Our teens boxing program provides confidence in our students by utilizing the mental, emotional, and physical components of boxing. All levels of boxing are welcome to this program and have the option to spar when ready per coach.
